1. Custom & Print-On-Demand Products

Many of our products are printed or created specifically for your order. Because of this:

  • Orders that are already printed or produced cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. When Can You Request a Refund or Return?

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item is significantly different from what was shown or described.

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will issue your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your card or account.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement before production begins.

  • After production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Unfortunately, once production has begun (which often starts right after the order is placed), we cannot cancel or refund orders simply because you changed your mind.

Once approved, refunds usually take 3–10 business days to show in your bank or original payment method.

Q3 — Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Please include your order number, full name, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Q5 — What if I never received my refund?
